Is the price quoted for the whole property or per person and is there anything extra to pay?
The prices quoted are for the whole property NOT per person. There is nothing extra to pay (except for flights). The price includes linen, towels, water, electricity, a/c, heating and local taxes.

What are yor Check in / Check out times?
Generally your accommodation is available from noon on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. The owners need this time to prepare the accommodation properly for incoming guests. If you require special arrival and departure times, then please mention it during your reservation. When possible we will do our best to meet your needs.

Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Malaga which is just 15 minutes away. If you are flying into Madrid the drive is about 600 km – it is mostly motorway and takes approx. 5 hours by car. Alternatively there are speed trains between Madrid and Malaga, connecting the capital with the coast in just 2h 30min.

How do I make a reservation?
There are two ways to reserve a bungalow

1. Online reservation where you will be required to pay a Downpayment of 20% (deposit to confirm your reservation). The payments require Paypal or a Credit Card. If you don’t have a paypal account, you can create one at the moment of the reservation. The payments are safe and secured by Paypal. Instant reservations are processed by Checkfront reservation system.

2. Reservation request by email. Go to our contact page and fill in the dates and name of the bungalow. We will respond within 24 hours. We will ask to transfer a 20% downpayment (deposit to confirm your reservation) via a bank transfer within a week. As soon as the deposit received, your reservation is confirmed.

Are the bungalows suitable for pets?
It depends, what kind of animal etc. You can send your reguest with a discirption animal through your contact form. We will reply after contacting the owner a.s.a.p.

Disabled Travellers
Many properties are not equipped to cater for the needs of disabled guests and this may cause problems for wheelchair users. It is therefore essential that before booking you inform us of any special requirements so that we can advise you of the most suitable property for your needs.

Do I need to bring an Iron etc?
Expect to find more or bless what you have at home – For special requests please let us know. The bungalows also have washing machines and sometimes dishwashers.

Is there a telephone?
Sorry but no – if you have a mobile and you want to keep in touch with home bring it with you – all work very well in Spain. Note: North American visitors will require a tri-band phone.

How can I connect to the Internet?
The bungalows don’t have WiFi broadband.

Are the properties heated in the winter?
All properties have winter heating, those properties that have air-conditioning units also give heat in the winter.

Air Conditioning
Full air conditioning means all the bedrooms and the living areas unless stipulated otherwise, it does not mean that the system is on 24 hours a day.

What T.V channels can I receive?
Where we state that a property has Satellite T.V. a decoder card is supplied to receive a selection of English speaking channels – for SKY systems this is usually BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4 & CH5.

Is there a discount for longer lets?
For stays of 4 weeks or longer you can always ask!

Will I have a local contact?
Yes, you will be provided with the name and local phone number of one of the guys from Gay Bungalows who live nearby you can call if you have any unforeseen problems or if you require advice on anything.
